Due to its expertise, Stocker Group was contracted by the IDB (Inter-American Development Bank), to evaluate several projects within the "ITC Cluster" context, financed by International Monetary Fund (IMF). The objective of this project is to detect best practices in applying ITCs for SMEs in Latin America and how these experiences can be replicated in Latin America.
